SSMPL has entered into a new business called oil handling which are again connected to oil industries besides their core business of NAS/Super clean oil Filtration. We have executed 4 turnkey Project which are as under.
Castrol/JCB, Ballabgarh, Faridabad Project
It is consist of Unloading hose, strainer, Unloading pump, control panel, automation, MS/SS piping, valves, instruments, 35 Kl storage tank, 5 KL Each MS and SS Storage tank, 3 stage NAS Oil Filtration system with tomation, Transfer Final NAS oil to the point of use.
- We had supplied unloading system of Hydraulic oil from Tanker to 35 KL Storage tank with Automation.
- Horizontal Storage tank 2 nos. each 35 KL Capacity.
- Transfer pump from 35 KL tank to 5 KL,MS vertical Tank with Automation.
- Draw oil from 5 KL MS vertical tank and circulate through 3 stage Filtration system.
- Transfer NAS oil from MS tank to SS 5 KL Vertical tank once NAS is achieved.
- Transfer NAS oil to the point of use as and when required through Automated system.

It is consist of Unloading pump, strainer, Control panel, automation, SS piping, valves, instruments, 2 KL SS Vertical storage tank, Automation, Transfer Coolant from 2 KL SS Vertical tank to the point of use.
- We had supplied unloading system of coolant from barrel to 2 KL SS Vertical Storage tank with Automation.
- 2.0 KL Vertical SS Storage tank..
- Transfer pump from 2 KL tank to Point of use.
- Transfer Coolant to the point of use as and when required through Automated system.
HPCL/JCB, Ballabgarh, Faridabad Project
It is consist of 4 nos. Unloading hose, strainer and Unloading pump, Control panel, automation, MS/SS piping, valves, instruments, 2 KL each MS and SS Storage tank, 3 stage skid mounted NAS Oil Filtration system with Automation and store in 2 KL SS tank.
- We had supplied 4 nos. unloading system of Hydraulic oil, Engine oil, Axle oil and Transmission
- oil from Tanker to 35 KL Storage tanks with Automation.
- Vertical MS Storage tank 2 KL Capacity.
- Transfer pump from 35 KL tank to 2 KL,MS vertical Tank with Automation.
- Draw oil from 2 KL MS vertical tank and circulate through 3 stage skid mounted Filtration system.
- Transfer NAS oil from MS tank to SS 2KL Vertical tank once NAS is achieved.
- Transfer NAS oil to the point of use as and when required through theirAutomated system.
Savita /Sany, Chakan, Pune Project
It is consist of Unloading hose, strainer, Unloading pump, Control panel, automation, MS/SS piping, valves, instruments, 44 KL MS Vertical Storage tank, 3 stage skid mounted NAS Oil Filtration system with in built dirty and Clean tank+ Automation and NAS oil dispensing system for point of Use
- We had supplied unloading system of Hydraulic oil from Tanker to 44 KL Storage tank with automation.
- Auto Transfer pump from 44 KL tank to in built 0.75 KL SS dirty Tank with Automation.
- Draw oil from 0.75KL SS tank and circulate through 3 stage Filtration system.
- Transfer NAS oil from SS Dirty tank to 1 KL SS Clean tank once NAS is achieved.
- Dispense NAS oil to the point of use as and when required through Automated system.
