CSRL/MSRL Filter Housings

SSMPL has capabilities to manufacture CSRL/MSRL cartridge and bag filter housing for Domestic and International market. Our Filter Housings are in use for Sea water application at various places in India and Overseas, since long. It has passed through many stages of critical inspection by Multiple Agencies.

Some of the Features of our CSRL/MSRL Filter Housings are as under:-

• Filter Housings are 3 piece Design Hence ease of any Maintenance.
• Davit arm and Swing Eye bolts arrangement makes it easy opening of top cover.
• Can be handled by single person and single spanner.
• Cartridge changeover with Minimum Down time, hence yields is more and save man power.
• Our Design is to meet ASME, Sec-VIII, Div-1.
• PVC tie Rod and Lock Nut makes it cheaper but long lasting and rust free.
• Natural Rubber lining of 4.5 mm thick makes it more durable.
• Suitable for Sea Water application.
• Supplied Housing size of 75R x 40H means, 75 nos. cartridges each 40 “long.
• Have capabilities to make bigger one as well.
• Flow rate handled 365 M3/hr.
• Duplex Filtration system can also be made.
• Our Biggest CSRL Housings are in use at Jeddah International Airport Since 2008.
