NAS / SUPER CLEAN OIL FILTRATION SYSTEM
Skid-mounted, compact and multistage NAS oil filtration system with various pre and final filters blended and semi-used oil. More than 120 systems are working with lube plants and major end-users across the country for engine, turbine, hydraulic and transmission oil — including exported systems. SSMPL has achieved the required guaranteed NAS, designed to operate 24x7.

CARTRIDGE FILTER HOUSING
Manufactured in-house in various sizes and MOC. Housings are designed with swing-bolt closures and hinged covers, making filter-element change-out quick and easy. Custom-built housings available to suit specific needs; can be inline or offline for easy pipeline alignment and better aesthetic look. Colour-coded DP gauges with electrical signal are available so the housing can alarm against choking of the filter elements and by-pass to downstream.

STRING WOUND DEPTH FILTER CARTRIDGE SERIES
Precision-wound depth cartridges offering graded density filtration with high dirt-holding capacity and broad chemical compatibility for general-purpose and process filtration.
ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER CARTRIDGE
Combines mechanical filtration with adsorption — removes chlorine, odour and organic contaminants in water and process fluid polishing applications.
BAG FILTER HOUSING
TOP ENTRY FILTER HOUSINGS
The finest single bag filter housing available. Side inlet, flow-through-the-top design results in minimum headroom of unfiltered liquid for easy bag change-out and optimum sealing. For filter bag sizes 01 and 02. Carbon steel or SS 304/316 stainless steel for high corrosion resistance.
TOP ENTRY DUAL HOUSINGS
Compact 2-bag unit with single cover-lid, combining TOP ENTRY advantages with a compact 2-bag design. Single cover-lid, eye-bolt closure, standard adjustable leg assembly.
MULTI BAG HOUSING
User-friendly, cost-effective housing for high-volume, multiple applications. Proven swing eye-bolt and davit arm design for easy opening and maintenance. Positive O-ring sealing; side inlet and bottom outlet for full drainage; tangential outlet option to reduce headroom. Carbon steel or SS 304/316. 6 standard sizes, single to multi-housing configurations.
HORIZONTAL BAG FILTER HOUSING
Specially designed for suction-line applications and installations with limited headroom — line-mounted to save floor space while handling higher flow volumes.
ROCKET BAG TYPE FILTER CARTRIDGE
A new innovative product and great alternative to standard filter bags. Using a unique pleating structure, Rocket provides up to four times the filter area compared to a standard filter bag. Available as absolute (four-layer melt-blown) with efficiencies up to 99.9%, and nominal (two-layer needle felt) rated filter bags.

WELDED FILTER BAG
SENTINEL filter bags represent the industry standard in bypass-free filter construction, available in polyester and polypropylene. Proprietary construction produces a reliable, durable filter bag — all seams fully welded for strong, reliable joints with no by-pass or loose sewing thread. Seams stay strong and flexible, allowing the bag to form to the restrainer basket, with heat-sealed seam edges to eliminate loose fibres.

SEWN FILTER BAGS
SNAP-RING sewn construction filter bags — a wide range of media materials, affordable price and reliability of construction make them the ideal choice for applications across nearly all process industries. Manufactured to the highest standards of fabrication; materials satisfy stringent specifications for filtration performance. Heavy-duty sewing thread and metal seal ring, guaranteed silicone-free, and designed to fit the widest range of vessels.
CSRL / MSRL FILTER HOUSINGS
SSMPL manufactures CSRL/MSRL cartridge and bag filter housings for the domestic and international market. In use for sea-water applications at multiple locations in India and overseas since long, passing many stages of critical inspection by multiple agencies. Our biggest CSRL housings have been in use at Jeddah International Airport since 2008.
